Seeking wholeness promises to be about as elusive as seeking happiness. There is something about concentrating on the pursuit that could make the desired goal all that much harder to find. But there are certain patterns, rhythms, and practices that we can build into our lives that seem to make the chance of catching a glimpse of wholeness more possible.

This site began as a blog dedicated to exploring a model of seven rhythms that I believe head in one possible direction. My hope is that these seven rhythms are accessible to all regardless of our abilities or disabilities, our education or our wealth, or where in the world we find ourselves. These are the rhythms that I explored in my book, Glimpses of a Good Life.

In recent years, my research and writing have focused more on exploring an understanding of the developmental aspects of spiritual maturity. And I’ve outlined a model that I call “The Mosaic of Spiritual Maturity.” You can see the beginning of a series of posts on that here.

I’d love to hear any suggestions and comments below.
